What is the best way to delete the mixamo plug in rig whilst keeping the animation in blender?

I have been using mixamo plug in for some time now, and whilst exporting fbxs for unity I at at this point want to know how to delete the controllers the fks and iks leaving only the bones and baking the animation in blender.

Is there a simpler method than just manually deleting them all after baking?
