Hello everyone!
I'm new to 3D. I have a model in a blender: https://drive.google.com/file/d/18Iazv0pHK972u4aZmNTSX5EYWx68y_ey/view?usp=sharing
Exported the model from the blender in the format.fbx, but when loading the fbx model in mixamo throws an error "Sorry, unable to map your existing skeleton."
I have already read similar questions here, tried to remove textures, turned off the camera and light when exporting, but without success.
i had a quick go at repairing it
i would need to remake the hair [shorter] to get it into Mixamo but assume you want bones so just add it after

Mixamo can NOT read weight bones so if you really need her tongue to wiggle use some other rigging ... The extra arm bone will also need stripping out

Thank you very much! It's working. I managed to load the model yesterday, if not export the rig. But when animating, there are distortions in the mouth and jaw area 😊. Your model is doing well. I'm not good at 3D yet, I found this model on the stock. By the way, in the first screenshot, the hand is curved, I don't have that when I open the blender file. Maybe it depends on the version, I have 2.83.20

the first image is me moving bones to see which one controls what... the fact that both bones are in the same upperarm location is a mistake made by the person that edited it for sale
imo if you got this model from a stock then you should return it and ask for your money back
