Will anyone ever fix the characters descending stairs issue??

The character is colliding with the ground plane which is messing up the motion capture MASSIVELY deforming the character so it's unusable!! Other people have posted about this, will Adobe ever fix it???......

no Adobe will not fix it but you can just move the starting point up more yourself

Ok, is there something i'm missing for how to 'move the starting point' in Mixamo? Doesnt seem to be any obvious button for doing that. Or do you mean when I've imported it into 3D, I'm using Blender, it seems to me the only way of fixing it is to redo the whole animation of the feet/legs which defeats the purpose of using motion capture

the issue is Mixamo website is set for one size fits all... when you download the animation and use it in your system there will not be a hard floor surface that the model crashes into [unless of course you make one]
