Unfortunately Fuse is a dead product. Adobe stopped supporting it last year.

I don't know where you can go to get help for your issue with Fuse. Perhaps former Fuse users can chime in here and help you.

the first error is high polly and the second is wrong Uv map... these are common beginner mistakes which happen when the model has not been setup correct for Fuse import i.e, Fuse only takes Fuse models and new ones have to first be converting into the Fuse standard before they import

the good news is other users have already done the hard work of deconstructing workflows and there are lots of old toturials made
