Adding, copying, and using elements in Adobe Muse is possible. But I want to delete a picture element completely because it is 10 megabytes heavy.

  • If it is a placed image: Select the image and press „Backspace“.
  • If it is a image fill within a rectangle, circle, text frame, …: Select the element, open the „Fill“ panel and click onto the trash can right to the image name.
  • If it is an image in a slide show: Temporarily show the thumbnails and delete a thumbnail by pressing „Backspace“ or open the „Layers panel“, find the slideshow and the image you want to delete, and click onto the thrash can bottom right of the panel.
