Library fails to load

Hi Again

I keep getting an error where my libraries fail to load I get a message "something went wrong initialising Creative Clod Libraries"

Ive contacted support about this several times and they are useless and each time come up with a different reason and no fix! Any ideas?

Hey dandybox,Very sorry or the bad experience with support.However, let me take a chance to dig into your issue.Since when are you facing this issue?Did you try signing out and in the Creative Cloud application?Also, try following the troubleshooting mentioned in this doc - Solution to the issue: Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries panel. Let us know how it goes and we will check further.Regards,Ankush

Since when are you facing this issue?

Did you try signing out and in the Creative Cloud application?

Also, try following the troubleshooting mentioned in this doc - Solution to the issue: Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries panel.

Ive had this issue since I first started using Muse. Yes somtimes logging out and back in works, sometimes it doesnt. Muse is crashing about every hour for me at the moment. Ive found it glitchy from the start to he honest...
