Hi,
I am trying to figure out my MU FTP info required by this free source https://www.sslforfree.com/
It asks for FTP information I thought might be stored at my host's site (GoDaddy C-Panel FTP)
but this doesn't seem to be working. Here's what I still need in black:
TYPE: FTP
(or see page at https://www.sslforfree.com/create?domains=hellohorse.com+www.hellohorse.com )
I always use MUSE FTP option when uploading but can't figure out where I go to retrieve my MUSE FTP info,
you can see I need more then what is displayed inside MU. (For security I XXed out the info top left):
Thanks for any help, I'm an Adobe CC member so have full access to everything.
Anita
Hey
The password here is your Godaddy a/c password.
However after clicking on on next is you go the next window which you posted initially, means your credentials are correct.
However is the password is protected it won't be visible.
If you remember your Godaddy password its good, otherwise you will have to get it reset with the help of your host.
Regards,
Ankush

Hey Anita,
You FTP credentials are secured by your host, and you need to live chat with them for retrieving the same.
However in Muse you need to click on "switch account" the blue link on top right. of this box.
There you will get other info to be filled.
Let us know if you face any difficulty while doing this.

Ankush, thanks.
I followed and clicked through to get this screen.
Once again, information found there I xx'ed out for security.
However the password did not display for me, only the asterisks.
When I click NEXT (see screen shot below) I am taken back to the earlier screen.
Is the password somewhere in Adobe, like my Adobe account --
or is this password over at the host site (in this case GoDaddy).
I can experiment but am afraid to put in too much wrong information
in case I get permanently locked out. I am already making enough mistakes...

Thank you. I haven't had a chance to submit all the info on the site yet -- but thank you!
