I can't start the new 2017 version of MUSE!

It crashes every time I try to start it.

I have this same problem. I literally closed the site I was working on, updated Muse because I figured 'why not?', and now it just crashes when I try to open my projects and I'm on a deadline.

We need help please!

I have found the solution. I have removed version 2017. I have removed all Muse folders. I have put 2015.2.1. I have updated to version 2017

Can you doing a clean install of Muse and let us know if it helped?

Uninstall Muse using Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems 

Reinstall Muse from the CC desktop app and let us know.

Hi Preran,

when I get hold the Shift-key and click on the icon in finder / programs / adobe muse / Muse starts without problems. Start Muse without holding down the Shift key - Crash! Why is that?

My system is Sierra 10.12.1

Shift + Click prevent an app from re-opening its documents and windows.

I think the problem is when you try to re-open document created in old version of Muse.

Also, you can disable in-app documents reopening in Applications - System Preferences - General, just check  'close windows when quitting an app'

For me everything works fine.
