1 form - multiple email addresses based on radio?

Hello,

Is there a way to create a form that will send the results to a specific email address based on a radio button selected?

For example, someone signing up in CA would select the radio button for CA and their submission will go to CA@Domain.com while someone for OR would select the OR radio button and their submission would go to OR@Domain.com?

This would save me from having to make multiple pages for and links just for a form.

Hey Filkove,

Unfortunately, this can't be achieved with native Muse form widget.

You might need to take help of third party form suppliers like Form to Adobe Muse | JotForm.
