Accordation panel + scroll effect problem

Hi,

I use an accordation panel on my page with different heights (depending on the selected tab).

After it there‘s an icon with scroll animation enabled.

The problem is that the accordation panel changes the height so the animation will start at different (relative) positions. Because the key position is fixed.

Is is there a solution for this problem?

option 1 = put the accordation on its side so it opens left and right instead of up and down

option 2 = put the accordation on a different page | iframe | Div | layer to the scroll effects object

option 3 = just put the scroll effects object above the top tab i.e, it only cares how far it is to the top of browser so it doesn't matter if the accord makes the page under it longer

option 4 redesign the site to use some other widget

Thanks. Could you explain option2? Putting the accordation to other layers doesn’t change anything for me.
