Hola. Actualice a la última versión de ADOBE MUSE y al abrir mi sitio, éste se actualiza a la nueva versión, pero al abrirlo...

no se cargan las miniaturas de las páginas que lo componen y no se pueden abrir para editarse. ¿Por qué pasa esto?

Please try  Reset Preferences Close Muse.  Make sure Muse is not open in Win10 Task Manager.For Windows: Go to the following path in Windows Explorer. C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Roaming (Replace <user_name> with your username) Look for a folder named as "com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.VERSION" and rename it to "com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.VERSION_old"If that does not work, Uninstall and ReinstallUninstall Muse from Creative Cloud applicationDuring the process please click "Yes Remove Preferences"

Hola,

Tengo Windows 10. El programa Adobe Muse funciona normalmente, pero no me permite editar mi sitio web, no me deja a entrar a las páginas, las miniaturas no se ven. Cuando salgo el programa se congela. Uso administrador de tareas de windows 10 para forzar el cierre del programa.

Ningun error aparece en el programa.

Please try  Reset Preferences

  • Close Muse.  Make sure Muse is not open in Win10 Task Manager.
