Bonjour,
Merci

Thank's for your help,
I purchase the ssl certificate overage from my partner Portal.
But now, i'm waiting my certificate since 48h, is it normal ?
Because they said "Please allow for up to 24 hours for the certificate to be generated by our provider Let's Encrypt."

I am not sure who your partner portal is. Are you talking about Business Catalyst here? If it is a non-Adobe portal, you will have to contact them for assistance.
Thanks,
Preran

I really don't have too much of an idea based on what you said. I don't know the Adobe partner portal you refer to. I suggest contacting Contact Customer Care and checking with them about who is best placed to support you under these circumstances.
Thanks,
Preran
