Adobe muse, сбой установки Exit 7 Как решить проблему

При установке Adobe muse постоянно происходит сбой.
Пробовал инструкции тут Ошибка при загрузке обновлении приложений Adobe Creative Cloud 
и тут Ошибки «Код выхода: 6» и «Код выхода: 7» при установке Adobe CS6, CS5.5, CS5, Premiere Elements и Ph... 

ничего не помогает. Что делать?

Hi,

Which version of Muse are you trying to install and what is the Operating System installed on your system?

Are you able to install any other Adobe application?
