Hey there,

This error is mainly seen in windows 8.1 and 10 in past, however, haven't come across this for a while!

Can you please follow the suggestions in this thread - Adobe muse not started. Windows error.

If nothing works please choose the last option of contacting the helpdesk for a live tech to look on.

You may choose chat option in case of language barrier.

Te pudieron resolver el problema?? Tengo el mismo error y no se como solucionarlo, ya lo intenté todo....

There will be nothing fixed, unfortunately - Muse will never be supported yet updated anymore. If you are unluckily use Windows 10, there are several threads how to use Muse with Windows. Better leave Muse now (in your case) check out sparkleapp (not spark from Adobe - that one is to be used by one user only no clients websites) - it is kind of like Muse.

They provide  longterm free test and as soon as necessary an affordable price to purchase - no subscription.
