Adobe muse distances

Hello, I just have a simple question that I could not find the answer on the site.

Is it possible to gauge distances on adobe muse like it is on adobe xd by clicking "option" on mac ?

If yes, what are the shortcuts.

If you check menu „View/Smart Guides“ equal distances between 3 or more elements are shown.

A general distance tracking (element to top, element to another element, …) is not implemented.
