Adobe Muse does not work

Adobe Muse does not work, when i open a file and want to import something then i can't do anything any more, already restarted my mac and it stays the same.\

What to do???

Need t have some more info for a detailed investigation on your issue.

ISS it happening with any one particular file or any new file?

Any particular objects you trying to import?

What exactly you mean by does not work, does it crashes or freezes?

It's with different files, that are new files. I wanted to upload an ai.doc.

It freeze.

What exactly does it mean, "import files"?

Normally you do not import a "whatever.doc" file to muse. You simply drag out a text box and write into this.

You could copy and paste text from a … . doc to the text box of muse.

I am guessing by .ai doc, you mean an illustrator file!

How are you importing the file, is it in .svg format or plain .ai file?

There must be an issue outside of Muse:

Your ai file is working  completely correct.

What I did:

• place it in Muse (menu „File/Place …")
• copy it in Illustrator, and paste it into Muse,
• drag the ai file from desktop onto a Muse page,
• convert it to SVG in Illustrator, save it, and place it in Muse.
• dragged it into the CC library in Illustrator and placed it from CC Library onto a Muse page.

In no situation I encountered an issue.

One problem: The ai file is created in CMYK colour mode. The web doesn’t know CMYK. The colour mode has to be RGB. But this shouldn’t cause Muse to freeze. But anyway: Convert the ai graphic to RGB in Illustrator and try again.
