Adobe muse not started. Windows error.

I have the problem.

My new Notebook Acer Aspire Es1 732 p3zg have same problem.

I looked at the Windows log.

I tested on Windows 10 and on Windows 8.1

Are you using any plug-ins with Adobe Muse? Can you try uninstalling the plugins or extensions and retry?

I do not use plugins. I reinstalled windows twice and put only a pure muse. I tried to install on windows 8.1 and windows 10. The problem was similar.

I assume that the plugplugowl.dll in your system is corrupted.

I have got an idea, let me share the same .dll file which is located in my system with you.

I have shared the file with you in a private message.

Just replace it with your's and see if it works.

I bought a new laptop 5 days ago. Running the muse was there for the first time. I installed photoshop, etc. They work well.

I found 2 people who have a similar problem. A guy from Russia with a laptop Aspire ES1-533-P0A4 and a girl from the forum Eleni1010. I have a laptop Acer Aspire Es1 732 p3zg.
On our laptops are the same processors.
