Hi, I'm trying to find out if there is a way to have a website operate and function like a normal store page but instead of sending the order through shopify or paypay I want a detailed list sent directly to an email so that I can then respond and give the client a finalized price. An example of how the website works now is taylorrentalarlington.com where I have multiple pages that the user can visit and add items to a cart system, however when you checkout it send a detailed list to my email.

If you don't collect personal information, you could set up a contact form that sends data to your e-mail address.  Something like this form that  facilitates contact with customers by phone or email.
