Adobe muse starts and then exits immediately in windows 10

HI I just purchaced a new PC, and after installing Muse it just exits on statup.

There seems to be a bug concerning Windows 10 and Muse. This workaround normally helps:

Start Muse without active internet connection and connect to the internet, when Muse has started.

Don't expect this issue to be fixed. Muse has been declared "End of Life" by Adobe and will not be updated any more …
