I can't upload a website designed in Adobe Muse to Freeola.
I have all the FTP, User Name and Password details.
When I input these I'm asked which Folder on the server to send it to. I've contacted Freeola and they tell me to use htdocs. I get the option to ignore of fix. Fix does nothing. Ignore goes through the process of uploading the files, then tells me the website isn't recognised.
I'm running an older version of Muse as my Mac isn't able to update to the newest version. Is this the issue? or is something else going on?
Thanks
Hi there,
Sorry for the issues you are dealing while uploading your site.
However, as we don't know the workflow which your host follows can only suggest to try using any third party client like Filezilla.
If it works fine there, then it will be clear what could be the issue.
Thanks,
Ankush

Using FileZilla worked. Still don't understand why it didn't export directly from Adobe Muse like it used to.
Thanks

It's possible your web host has made security updates at their end. Filezilla sends out regular updates to keep pace with modern server security so it usually works without fail. On the other hand, Muse is now EOL and no longer being updated. If I were you, I'd keep using Filezilla FTP client.
