Adobe Muse website (Crashing when trying to upload to FTP

I just downloaded Muse (again).  When I redid my computer I accidentally deleted it.  I updated my website (I use Godaddy), but when I click on "Upload to FTP host"  the whole app crashes.  Anyone know the fix, or can point me in the direction on how to uploade the website manually if this is not longer operational?  (I'm a total noob at websites and hosting, etc)

This is a known issue in Windows 10.  Disconnect from the Internet BEFORE you launch Muse.
