Unfortunately, I cannot use Adobe Muse CC 2017 because I am having a 32 bit Laptop version. So, I have to use an older version.
While seeing one of the program tutorials, I had to use the width button which I couldn't find on this version.
may I get some help please? thanks!

The current version of Muse is totally different and reformed then the version which you are studying.
Hence it will be very confusing in looking at the tutorials for the current version and practicing in an older one.
However, I still managed to get some relevant info regarding your query.
