Adobe's lack of proper customer service.

After two East Indian Adobe techs took over our computer at an attempt to solve a recent Premiere Pro program startup crash, which was NEVER solved, they completely wiped out the entire Adobe production suite on the computer including MUSE software. As we use MUSE in maintaining clients on a DAILY basis, all we get is "there is NO DOWNLOAD link available" when we ask about re-installing their wipe out mistake!

Does anyone know of how/where we can go to find a onld MUSE download link?

-OR- is there a US phone number taht we can try for tech support?

Muse is End of Life and no longer supported. That's why tech support cannot help you with Muse.
