Alternative for in-browser editing

Unfortunately, our customers can no longer change texts on their websites. All well and good that the support for Muse will be discontinued. However, the fact that functions are completely switched off is really very bad. I ask for an alternative link that we can pass on to our customers so that they can log in to edit their website.

There´s no other official way, you can pass your clients to. I found one way - export the site as html - open that in/as a project in Pinegrow - PG offers a kind of CMS together with a very affordable onetime fee for one CMS for that site (like € 12 or € 20 or so). Before that you must check all content(s) each as editable in CMS and that helps for quite a while.

But of cours you need PG pro for that (no subscription - fortunately9) some learning but not too much and that works pretty well. As of this reading I do not know any other way to achieve that without rebuilding the whole site in a new app.

But you could do that in PG as well, btw.

I guess you missed the announcement on top of this board.  Muse is already discontinued & unsupported.  You had 2+ years to migrate to a new system.  Why didn't you do it before now?

As of July 31, 2020 sites published using Adobe Muse will no longer be editable with Adobe In-Browser editing solution.  And sites hosted on Business Catalyst Servers will be permanently turned off on September 26, 2021.
