Alternatives: software only

I need to move quickly to find viable solutions, can we not get into feelings here but just list any viable solutions. I have researched the following, looking for all answers quickly as my clients need them quickly:

• WYSIWYG Web Builder - Purchase

• Thrive Themes - Conversion Focused WordPress Themes

• https://www.elegantthemes.com/gallery/

• Spark is not on my list, I need something useable in the real world asap.

• any other? What do you find useful?

I have used Dreamweaver before it was redone for programmers (it is now sitting in limbo with no updates) then I migrated over to Muse and was using the first version of Muse through today.

Depending on system (Mac-PC), on the amount of money you and your client will be willing to spend, there are quite some alternatives.
