Anchor Link in a accordion - link from another site

I would like to insert a anchor link into an accordion. This was no Problem. Then i would like to refer to this link from another page. I tested it, but the accordion does not open.

Is this not possible?

The accordion does only open when i click on a link from the same site.

I tried this as well, and yes/no, the accordion does only open, if you link from the same page.

From another page it will not open the accordion, sorry.
