Anchor link in mobile site opens new page instead of scrolling down

Anchor links in this mobile page to scroll back up page do, however, work.

Muse CC2018 - MacBook Air - MacOs 10.12.1

All links created in the same way I have always created anchors, but the first time a new page opens rather than scrolling.

What could I be doing wrong? There doesn't seem to be an extra link to request Muse to open a new page, but there must be.

Uncheck this option in the „Hyperlinks“ option panel:

Thank you, Günter - that's fixed it.

Whilst the background rectangle had an unchecked link, the text box had a checked link.
