Animated Banner in a Muse site

Hello,   I have put together a banner animation in Adobe Animate CC.   I checked in with the animate CC forum, and a reply suggested converting the FLA file to OAM and import the file into Muse.   Do I do that through a widget on via the "PLACE" option?
