Animated graphic for website

Can Adobe Muse create animated graphics/banners for websites? I'd like to create and animated banners for this site, Ocasio Consulting. If not, which program can I use?

No, Muse doesn`t create animations. You create your animation with either an app from Adobe, you create a gif-animation with PS.
