Animation does not show in browser

I have created a small animation in Edge Animate an placed it in my Muse website project.

When I use the preview function in Muse the animation shows up fine.

When I do the preview in browser it does not show up. Also when I upload my site via ftp server.

What may be a problem?

Regards, Markus

Please, provide a screenshot. Or a link. Or a .muse.

All pages work fine on Safari and Chrome. Firefox does not show the cine projector  , shows all other animations.

Also the following animation behind the projector with different media types works on Firefox. But not the projector.

It does not show the correct "rolling" animation but it shows a kind of animation.

Have no idea what Firefox needs to play . The only really missing animation I could detect is the projector in Firefox.

We need an animation guru – I gives, there are several options to export animations? Like transparency support?

Because your "framed" animations all do work.

Does this really help?

Thanks for looking a the page.

I also assume its some problem with the export of the animation, but I am not an expert with edge animate

and I dont understand all the settings you can make.

Maybe someone has an idea.

Markus

But good to know, that it works in all browsers, right? It´s rather an issue with Firefox than with export.

Which browser do you use for preview in browser? Did you upload to BC (yourdomain.businesscatalyst.com) as well to check?

By this way you could also check all browsers, before uploading the final site.
