Are Muse users permanently shut out of Business Catalyst ?

Hi,

I am aware of the 'End of Life' announcement of Muse but it isn't clear to me if we can still make changes to existing LIVE sites or even delete existing sites via our Business Catalyst account. I seem to be shut out.

Would anyone have the answer as I cannot seem to find a clear explanation from Adobe Muse.

Basically, can a user still manage and access their Business Catalyst Site ?
