Audio won't play on certain devices

Hello. I've designed a Muse page with some scroll-over audio embedded (using an external widget). However, once the page is published, the audio only seems to work on newer Mac desktop computers, and I can't figure out why. It does not play on my 2015 Macbook laptop or on my iPhone. Any idea why this could be? I am trying to troubleshoot but getting nowhere.

I'd appreciate any help. Thank you!

Autoplay is not universally supported by all devices and browsers.
