Balise title

Hello everybody, i have some problem to change the balise title of my website, in fact in several tutorial it's made about the opening page properties / page title. I did it but nothing it's change when i want to find my website on google chrome, it's again the same balise title.

The change of a page title may take one or two weeks at least, before you´ll see a result in google, I experienced.

In Germany it works a little faster if you use your google account at google my business. In this case it may take between 7 and fourteen days, I experienced . Maybe there´s a faster way? Let´s see what forum members have in their pocket.
