Both Simple and Detailed Contact forms frames are not lining up when placed into my 1 page website

Never had this problem before - but after trying to find a cure for the past 3 hours, I'm asking for help.

I'm building a one-page site for my Uncle and I'm having issues w/ the contact form (simple or detailed forms both react this way).

This is what I get after I drag / drop EITHER form onto the main landing page.

It looks normal on the PREVIEW page, but once it's published - it looks like this.  The white frame is over the gray frame - and I don't know why.

How to I fix this?
