Breakpoints Broken | Breakpoint Whiteout

After designing a site, I noticed my breakpoints won't work. I have designed and redesigned the site from scratch about five times now. The site works perfectly until the browser is small enough to hit the first breakpoint, then everything turns white. The same issue has happened before here: Breakpoint Whiteout Issue 1

The only difference for me is I have zero widgets on my site. Any body know what could be causing this?

As I did not encounter this issue ever, I cannot see any solution. Please give us a onepage.muse with just as little elements as possible to make your issue appear, save it with a new name and share a link via CC or any similar filesharing, so we can have a closer look.
