Sites that have already been published will remain active until 2021, this gives people the chance to look for alternatives and keep their sites running. You can’t create new temporary or published sites.

Adobe BC has been removing | deleted all the temp site this week... yes all of them!

the wording of the first announcement was bad and Adobe means paid sites when they talk about sites staying until the 2020 (now moved back to 2021) deadline

you can make a new temp site if you want (until 18th June this year) but the help desk is only going to answer questions about how to move to other platforms and is not for general "how does Muse | BC work" questions
