Browser redirect issues

Site created (fixed width Desktop/Tablet/Phone) and tested on Adobe Business Catalyst servers and worked beautifully on all devices. However to get it to work each time I uploaded to the BC server I had to change in the mobile site settings and select /phone and /tablet re direct and save.

Now launched on third party client's server (.co.uk re directs and works fine) the .com version of the site domain redirects to the phone version but won't fill the screen correctly (see image).

Is this an issue that the .com is set to re point to the .com domain? Is there a fix script for this that can be added? Surely I can't be the only one with this issue?

Hello dodger50,

This is one of the very common issues faced by Muse site if the host puts the site in a <frameset>.

The mobile redirect can't work correctly nested in a <frameset> however, lindleymortimer.co.uk will redirect correctly.

http://lindleymortimer.co.uk/

If you transfer the domain name rather than wrapping the muse site in a frameset, the mobile redirect will be able to work.

Please reach out to your host for required assistance with transfer of the domain.

Regards,

Ankush
