Build a photo location map site for a small car club

Im new to to world of website building so this might sound silly.

Im a member of a small car club and id like to build a photo location/map site for it.

Where we coud have a map and people can tag there photo locations on it (maybe a small thumbnail and a gallery)

is this possable to do on muse?

People/Users can`t tag anything to your website.

You have to do the work.

Please give us an example - layout in PS or whatever. It depends on many details, if this is possible.

What happens on mobile, how about scaling the map and so on.

It is not possible to do this by the standart tools of Muse . Muse is not a programming environment. You can only insert into the Muse the map, created by using a third-party service, for example Google maps API. All management will be carried, on the side of third-party service.
