Business catalyst no me deja publicar mi pagina web

hola muy buenas tardes me llamo joel trinidad y estoy intentando publicar mi pagina web en business catalyst pero me marca un error de espera para la obtención de Adobe ID y ya revise mi conexion a internet y cosas asi y sigo sin poder publicarlo
