the white "Life Style" is a jquery carousel so yes a coder with basic skill could make that and it will work with in the Muse (bootstrap) site

the yellow buttion under that is basic transition that Muse state button can do out of the box

the big yellow menu is possible but imo not a good design idea... it would only work correct in desktop designs

Is there any widget or ways to do this without code? Or the ready-made code to insert and do such transition effects? (I'm talking about the text)
