Can not synchronise with web version.

One client is editing her site quite frequently, and now I want to update the changes she has done, but it doesn't work properly. I get this message. If I translate from swedish it goes like this: "Problem! You can not open this version because the html-code is changed outside of Muse." So – how do I solve this?

Hello Anders,

I apologize that you are unable to open your site because of this error popping "Muse site cannot be opened as the version of HTML has been edited outside of Muse"

Normally this issue comes because of any incompatible third party widget used in the site.

We are working on this issue however by the time please try the suggestion mentioned in this thread - Muse sync error using ftp host (version of HTML was edited outside of Muse).
