Can site owners add text in In-Browser Editing for Muse

I'm creating a website for a theatre and am looking for a way for the site owner to add the cast list once it's been announced. Is there a way for site owners to add a block of text to the website after it's been published without using Muse? I've only been able to find that they can change text and pictures but not add text.

Also, can the site owner change the pictures in the slideshow feature?

They can add text into an already existing text frame. They can't add text into a newly created text frame.
