can't change underlining text only on homepage

Hi there, I have the problem that on my menu elements it always underlines the text when hovering but it does this only on the homepage not on the other pages. I have changed the setting for the hyperlink several times - no success. I have also checked if the site properties on each side has the same settings (Site, site properties) and it does. Can someone please help me with this? Many thanks. Cheers

There´s a difference if you choose the complete text box or the text itself.

If you choose and link the complete text box it doesn`t underline from page properties set up.

If you choose/mark and link the text itself it uses the page properties set up.

I marked text only in LINK 2
