Can't download a muse theme

Hi, 

I did pay for my muse theme annual membership but no theme or widget is possible to download. I did try to restart my pc, but still doesn't work.. 

I was excited to work immediately on some web site template and now I can go to the bed. Flustrating.

You know, that Use is "End of Life" and no longer supported?

But in order to assist: Which widgets/widget supplier are you talking about. Please give us a link to a not working download.
