Can't find Muse download

I just purchased a 2020 MacBook Pro and it has Big Sur OS X. I have 3 full Adobe Suite accounts but when I downloaded the creative cloud on my new laptop, Muse isn't in the available applications and there is no "older apps versions" button. I found a link on another forum for the 2017 Muse but the Install button had an X on it; when I click on it a popup says that I need to contact the developer of the app. Could somebody PLEASE post a link of how to download the Muse 2018 or even 2017 version? Or walk me through how to go about downloading it? I attatched a screen shot of my Creative Cloud homescreen. Please help me! My business depends on it...

If you (both of you) follow my screenshots you´ll find the preferences for Creative Cloud for sure - might be to find in a different spot on a PC, though. In preferences and there at "Applications" you´ll find for sure (scrolling down a bit) the checkbox "Show older Apps". Of course it may sound different as I use a computer from Germany and not from an Englishspoken country.

Teams and Enterprise plans DO NOT have the option to "Show Older Apps."

If your organization's internal policies allow you to use discontinued software, you must contact your IT dept admin and ask for a new Muse package. Only your admin can generate that for you.

Hope that helps,

No we did not. We cannot find the app. There is no link for “older apps” on
the cloud. We looked everywhere. We had to put the actual program on a
flash drive and then download it on the new computer. But it is not part of
the applications via creative cloud.

Please if you find out anything let me know!

I just called Adobe and they said in the newst version of the Creative Cloud they no longer offer the "Show older Apps" option. So frustrating! I don't know what to do.

Formerly it was in the window of CC but now you´ll find it only in the preferences panel, opened separately and there in the section "applications".

Please watch my screenshot. May be different on PC but still there should be preferences as well, shouldn`t it?

Uwe

@dakuswolf,

Please refer to this support page about Adobe Apps on Apple Silicon (M1 chip) devices.

https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/apple-silicon-m1-chip.html

Only current Creative Cloud products are natively supported on M1 chips.  Muse was discontinued in 2018.  😞
