Can't switch ftp accounts

Hi! I want to upload the same site to two addresses but can't switch the account. It says it's one account at the top of the ftp box but the info is all for the other account. Your help is appreciated!

I think she's running a mirror site with a different domain name on another server location.  

Personally, I can't see how that's beneficial in search results as duplicate content is often penalized by Google.   Duplicate content - Search Console Help

it could just be that your domain has been blocked by the host server (bills, complaints, type font licence etc)... I'd contact them to ask if they have an issue at their end
