Can you add custom tracking codes/javascript to Muse?

can you add custom tracking codes like Hotjar to Muse? a client has asked about this about i'm not able to tell from the documentation.

it's a custom javascript snippet that can live in a tag manager or the header.

i did search and wasn't finding anything. i must have been in the wrong search area because nothing was coming up except about using something called s.campaign. and now i can't find that either.
