Like I stated in the title, I cannot edit header layer items or interact with them in any way on any child pages, only the master pages.

On the master pages I can interact with the header layer just fine, but on child pages I am at a loss of what I did to lock myself out from editing or even selecting header items. Searching the web hasn't brought any answers that helped yet. Is there something simple I'm missing?

Let me know if I can provide any info to help you help me.

Thanks!

If you create your header on master you cannot edit it on other pages. That`s the idea of master pages.

In addition: Muse is not InDesign, where you can edit master page elements on your layout page, after applying a certain shotcut.
