Cannot open muse file.

Good Morning. I have been working on this Muse file, when I opened it this morning all I can see is gray boxes where my page designs should be and the muse software itself freezes up. I have tried restarting the computer and have updated the software this morning.Could you please tell me if there is any way to fix this problem.

Hey Mary,

Just to check whether it is a file specific issue or something wrong with Muse app, can you please try to work with a new file and let me know if it works well or causes the same issue?
