Cannot purchase Muse

I recently used the 7 day trials and started expermimenting with the program but now the trial is over i cant access it. It ask be to purchase it but when I goto there is no option to buy it or find it in a plan.

You can't purchase Muse any more, because it is declared "end of life" by Adobe and isn't developed any further. The only way to install Muse is to have a complete CC subscription. In this case you can install Muse, from the "older applications" section.
